We use industry leading materials, incorporate the latest architectural and engineering practices, and pride ourselves on an individual design process that is comprehensive, while considering your budget.
What is your price range and what does a typical job cost?
Projects start at $20,000 but most of our projects are in the $60,000 to $200,000 range. We specialize in complete outdoor living spaces, so most projects include a patio, deck, and landscaping. As a custom design-build organization our clients prefer the complete outdoor living experience.
What are your design costs and what’s included?
First off, any design fee is deducted from the cost of the project should you decide to hire us. We review with you our ideas on our 3-D software. If you wish to purchase the design, we charge $1500. The design includes 3-D conceptual design pictures of the complete project from as many angles as you choose, a labeled birds-eye plan view, and complete suggested materials list. We also send you a link to a video so you can take a 3-D fly over your project. Please check out our conceptual design link to see sample 3-D renderings.
Do we receive more Architectural and Construction details if we decide to move forward with construction?
Absolutely. We provide detailed plans with dimensions, building specifications, materials utilized, and include a job packet with individual product guides for all materials used on your project. Upon completion we do a final walk thru and explain maintenance suggestions and a general overview. Our closing paperwork includes manufacturer warranties, our company guarantees, and how to register. All our warranties and guarantees are transferable to the next owner. We also assist with H.O.A or Architectural Committee paperwork, Permits, and Stamped Engineering plans if needed.
